Moe`s Soutdwest Grill in Carrollton

This was my 1st visit ever to a Moe's. I was disappointed in the staff. They were not courteous and didn't greet us when we entered. The food was delicious, however my 1st visit could have been made more enjoyable had the staff at least been friendly. The manager's excuse was that the college kids had started back, but as a manager myself, I know that customer service does not stop just because you've been busy and are tired.

Decent food and much better cheese dip than Chipotle. Has a Coke freestyle machine. Often a wait here at lunch and the customize-your-food nature of the restaurant usually means the line moves slowly. Very limited seating indoors so not a great place for large groups. There is enclosed, covered patio seating but not well climate controlled so usually not a great option in extreme temperatures summer or winter. It would be nice to see the owners make the patio area part of the indoor seating and then there would be so much more room year-round. Consistency with food and service is a challenge here as you can see from other reviews. Sometimes the place is clean, portions are good, and the staff is friendly. Other times not so much.

If you don’t like walking in to hear “welcome to moes”, then we’re not friends. Been going here for years and it’s always decent food. Keep up the spirit moes you rock 😎

Food is great ,I ordered online from the parking lot and as soon I walked in after ordering they were already making my order..Fast and great service.. and every time someone came in they all said Welcome to Moe's.. they didn't miss one person while is was there.. I loved that .☺

Good food, good service

Just got our to go order. Asked for double meat on everything, received less than the normal amount of meat even though we were charged for it. Husband called back, spoke to a manager named Taylor whom was less than helpful and did absolutely NOTHING to fix their mistake. Very unprofessional, they've really gone down hill from what they used to be. Customer service is just not there! We hate it because we love moes but this location which is also the most local to us, is just HORRIBLE. You're better off going to taco bell across the street! Taylor should not be a manager let alone a public establishment worker.

My first visit. My wife had visited earlier in the week and talked about the experience. I downloaded the app and I had a special offer for a free nachos with the order of a drink just for downloading the app. My wife ordered the Homewrecker. I loved my nachos because they prepared it just for me while I watched. I really like the way they make your food exactly how you want it, putting on as little or as much as you want of each ingredient. Great place to eat when you have to have that something extra!
